Requests for Restaurant Visitors

In order to ensure an enjoyable and comfortable dining experience for all of our customers, we request that customers adhere to the following rules.

No smoking is allowed inside the restaurant. Please do not bring children of junior high school age or younger.

[Dress code]

As a general rule, please do not wear shorts or sandals. We recommend smart casual dress. 

[Perfume]
In order to fully enjoy the taste and aroma of our dishes, and out of consideration for other guests, we ask that you refrain from using strong-scented perfumes, cologne, during your visit.

If you are wearing a strong fragrance, we may request that you wash it off immediately. Please share this information with others in your dinner party.
Please note that if you cannot get the fragrance off and it continues to bother other customers, you may be asked to leave the restaurant.

[Mobile phones]
- Phones
Please do not talk on your phone while at the counter, as this is a nuisance for other customers.

- Photos
Feel free to take photos of your meal, but be careful not to accidentally include other customers in your photos.

[Allergies]
If you have any allergies, dietary restrictions, or other preferences, we may not be able to accommodate you or you may be charged an added fee if you do not provide advance notice. 
Please inform others in your party in advance as well.

[Cancellation Policy]
Please notify us as soon as possible about cancellations or changes in party size.
In addition to a confirmation email sent out by our reservation system, final confirmation of your reservation will take place over the phone with restaurant staff. We will call you approximately one week before your reservation date.

Cancellation Policy

■Reservation for 1 to 4 guests
・From 3 days in advance to the 24 hours before your reservation time of the day    
we will charge 50% cancellation fee.
・Within 24 hours from your reservation date
we will charge 100%

■Reservations for 5 guests or more
・From 7 days in advance to the 48 hours before your reservation time of the day
we will charge 50% cancellation fee.
・Within 48 hours from your reservation date
we will charge 100%
